So happy I read through! I started watching the movie "Being Human" last night, starring Robin Williams. For some reason, I am feeling drawn to all these wonderful, normal things of life which can be so very fulfilling. Thank you for the thoughtful article.
Thanks so much for reading and sharing, Amanda! I really appreciate it. Oh, I haven’t seen that movie. Now I’m intrigued! I may have to check it out. 😊
I was struck by the the voice, and like in your bio where as a child you crafted tiny books and smuggled them into the library shelves:) These paragraphs seem like so many emotionally toned post-its juxtaposed and assembled for us, with such striking colors. Thank you for sharing the spectrum of life's possibilities altogether and so succinctly.
Luke, thank you so much for reading! And oh my gosh, “emotionally-toned post-its juxtaposed and assembled for us, with such striking colors” - I LOVE this analogy! This comment made my day.
Breeann, the way you wove the entire emotional spectrum into tiny, vivid moments—some tender, some gutting—reminded me how stunning it is just to feel. Your writing carries the weight of real life without collapsing under it. That line about hope not being one of the basic emotions but still in our DNA? Instant classic. Thank you for showing how ordinary days can become sacred just by noticing.
Anton, thank you so much for reading and commenting! I’ve had a hard time writing recently, and your comment filled my heart with resolve to keep writing. 🙏🏻

I loved it! we need to capture tiny bits of person stories and keep them protected. Better than old photos that leave so much behind.
Thank you so much for reading, Kashif-ul! We do need to capture tiny bits of our own stories. These stories are us, and we matter.
This is delightful. The content, the form, the thoughtful optimism. Thank you Breeann!
Lorene, thank you so much for reading and sharing your positive and kind feedback. This makes my day! 😊
